“Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; He will come and save you.” Isaiah 35:4
Hallelujah! Jesus did come. He came and opened the eyes of the blind, unstopped the ears of the deaf, made the lame walk, and even raised the dead! He brought a stream of living waters into the parched earth that, if a man drinks from it, then he shall never thirst.
Jesus freed the captives from the bondages of sin, and promised to all who would forsake this world and follow Him that they would be co-heirs to the kingdom of Heaven. As our King, He laid down His life for us and gave us the call.
We are called.
We are chosen.
According the His very Word, He shall return to gather us home altogether, should any remain before death. Even in death, there will be no sting, no pain, just release from our fleshly bonds and into the kingdom.
He promised He would come back.
Be strong. Fear not.
Behold! Your God will come with a vengeance, even God with a recompense; He will come and save you!
Even before He comes back to take home all of His children, He is here now and He rewards the faithful.
Hold on tightly! Don’t let go of His hand. Continue to believe, and He will reward you for all you’ve endured! Hold to God’s unchanging hand and know that He is God. He is faithful.
He is coming back!
